Life’s embrace
In der Zeit der Wiesen
überwältigt mich die Ruhe, ganz leise
Selbst in den schwierigsten Zeiten
Wenn ich aufhöre zu kämpfen
Und ich den Schritt wage
Über den Rand der Gewissheit zu treten
Dort falle ich in die Umarmung des Lebens

Quietly, calmness overwhelms me
Even in the most trying of times
When I cease to struggle
And I dare to step
Over the edge of certainty
There I fall into life‘s embrace

Loslassen und gelassen sein – das klingt einfach, oder? In der Realität ist es jedoch manchmal schwer, das umzusetzen. Ein erster Schritt könnte darin bestehen, den Kampf gegen die Umstände und die dadurch hervorgerufenen Emotionen einzustellen. Wie wäre es, wenn wir uns ins ungewisse Umfeld des Vertrauens wagen?
Sounds easy, doesn’t it? Just to let go and keep calm. But in reality, it’s not that easy to do. One thing you could try is to stop fighting against the circumstances and the emotions they cause by venturing into the unknown world of trust.
